Automatic Test and Measurement

Since the microprocessor was first introduced to Korea in 1970s, ZEFATEK adopted the technology to produce various industrial measuring instruments such as Color Picture Tube (CPT) Testers, which were installed in the worldwide Samsung factories in Germany, Hungary, Mexico, Brazil, Malaysia and China.

Power Electronics

ZEFATEK developed many programmable power supplies equipped with standard interfaces such as GPIB, USB and LAN. They are compliant to Virtual Instrument Software Architecture (VISA) which is used in many measuring instruments in the world.
ZEFATEK now focuses on developing measuring systems for renewable energies including batteries for solar and wind systems.

During the course of producing high-voltage power supplies for CPT testing, ZEFATEK developed 40kV 2kW of high-voltage DC power and lined up to 60kV products. Making use of such technology, we developed high-voltage power sources for the electrostatic chucks and electrostatic precipitators.
We have low-voltage linear programmable power supplies and switching mode programmable power supplies with more power capacity.
We also have heavy-duty DC electronic loads.
All of them are intelligent type and some are digitally controlled.
